how i got here.

I am of the mind that personal wellness is one of the biggest ways self-respect takes form. With a lifelong involvement in sport, love of food, and a perpetual journey of self-regulating my emotions (shoutout to high-strung high school me), I’ve been primed to connect with others on these fronts. From this natural desire to empower others and provide accessible knowledge about their overall health, I pursued a degree in Kinesiology, minoring in Psychology, and continued on to become a Holistic Nutritionist.

Leading with positive options, versus a negative focus on obstacles, is a mindset I am constantly trying to cultivate. Experience has taught me that being informed is a critical precursor to understanding available options and making sound decisions. I strive to support my clients by fostering self-awareness - showing individuals they are the foremost expert on what is beneficial for their whole self at any given time. Once this foundation is built, we can explore and celebrate what our bodies can do, allowing that constructive energy to fuel change. I believe that we are here to work and exist with our bodies, not against them - proceeding slowly, respectfully, and with gratitude.

In my spare time you can find me moving my body, cleaning/organizing (love a good colourful list), getting curious + asking questions, thrifting, DIY-ing, making art, spending time with kitties, or … cooking + eating. Shocker.

& hey - thanks for visiting me here. That’s so nice of you.

let the fun begin.
